# Nigella Lawson is judging the Bake Off tent now.

A new season of The Great British Baking Show lands on Netflix September 25, and Nigella Lawson joins the judging panel. It is the same tent and same format with a new voice deciding who is star baker.

What's on Netflix's September 21 weekly guide lists the new season for Friday, with Nigella joining the judges. If you have only ever seen the show as clips of collapsing cakes and polite British panic, that is honestly most of it.

The show is the internet's comfort watch for a reason: low stakes, real skill and someone crying over custard. A new judge means a new set of reactions to clip, and new definitions of underbaked.

**Okay but settle this:** Describe the last thing you baked or cooked. Would it survive the tent, or is it cooked in the wrong way?
