Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Cooked ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. The short version: Cooked is a joke machine — use it for laughs, don't use it for decisions, and only check images you have the right to share.

Entertainment only

Verdicts, scores, receipts, and advice are AI-generated humor. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, academic, or relationship advice, and they may be wrong, exaggerated, or absurd on purpose. Do not make real decisions based on them.

Who can use Cooked

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.

What you upload

• Only check images you own or have the right to share.
• Don't upload anything illegal, or use the app to harass, bully, or target another person.
• Verdicts roast situations, not people — the app is built to refuse commentary on anyone's appearance or identity, and you agree not to try to make it do otherwise.

Photos you check are processed to generate the verdict and are not stored — see the Privacy Policy.

Cooked Unlimited subscription

• You get 3 free checks. After that, Cooked Unlimited is an auto-renewing weekly subscription purchased through your Apple ID.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

Ownership

The app, its name, design, and the verdict format belong to Cooked. Your images remain yours; you grant us only the temporary right to process them to generate your verdict. Verdict cards you share are yours to share.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cooked is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app — including anything you do, or don't do, because an AI told you that you were cooked.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
