Minecraft Dungeons II is out today.

Minecraft Dungeons II launches September 29 on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Switch and Switch 2. It is a co-op dungeon crawler, not a new Minecraft, and costs $30, or $50 for the Deluxe edition with two DLC packs.

Game Rant's September 27 guide lists the unlock at 4 a.m. ET, 9 a.m. in London. The big new thing is The Sift, a new dimension that shows up in Dungeons II first. Shattered's Minecraft Live recap says it reaches regular Java and Bedrock in 2027.

Saturday's Minecraft Live also set Minecraft for Switch 2 for October 27 and announced a real Minecraft theme-park area at Chessington, near London, for 2027. So if your friends are suddenly all in one party chat, this is the reason.
